English version (Brief overview)


Matthias Stoltze works as a writer and producer for German television and theatre.


His first feature film was the family comedy „Sommer in Rom“ („Summer in Rome“), an adaption of Stefan Ulrich‘s bestselling novel „Quattro Stagioni - Ein Jahr in Rom“.


His stage play, the comedy „Versteh einer die Frauen“ („Understanding Women“) was performed in Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Neu-Ulm and Mölln.


He translated several comedy screenplays from English into German.
